Our ideal microlender has experience with LendingClub or Prosper and enjoys dabbling with alternative investments. Our ideal borrower has 10+ years experience flipping or building houses and a flair for promotion.Since we started our intrastate pilot just over a year ago weve funded over $2 million worth of real estate project loans to commercial borrowers. None of them have defaulted to-date, and over $800,000 of lender principal and interest has already been repaid.
