Our Vision: LVPAC, the heart of a vibrant cultural arts community.BANKHEAD THEATERIn its first season, the Bankhead Theater hosted more than 200 performance and civic events, reaching a combined audience of more than 76,000 individuals, including more than 14,000 school children, drawn from more than thirty communities across the Bay Area. Subsequent seasons have continued to provide Livermore and the Tri-Valley with access to performances and events that stir imagination, creativity and emotion. Visit the calendar section of this website for detailed information on upcoming Bankhead Theater's attractions.BOTHWELL ARTS CENTERThe Bothwell Arts Center serves as an arts incubator, offering affordable and rentable classroom, rehearsal, performance, event, and studio rental space for artists, musicians, theatrical, acting, choral, and other individuals, groups or events with a cultural arts focus. We also offer an inexpensive Art Gym program, allowing artists working room without a large investment.DOWNTOWN ART STUDIOSIn October of 2010, we began renovating what had been a derelict, abandoned liquor store and opened our Downtown Art Studios a little over 6 weeks later, with the help of many volunteers. The studios are within walking distance of favorite downtown boutiques, coffee houses and restaurants. Two-thirds of the space is dedicated to inexpensive open but dedicated working spaces, where artists can work and leave their supplies out, in an environment where they can mingle with other artists and keep that art vibe happening. The other half is set up for semi-private working space.
