- Since its founding in 1999, Total Hockey Inc. has designed and built itself into the leader in hockey equipment specialty retailing. Entering a staid retail marketplace that was largely content to look the same year after yearsmall, dingy stores; unsophisticated systems; inward looking managementTHI dragged hockey retail first into the 20th century, then into the 21st. THIs growth has been robust from humble beginnings in St. Louis. Our first extra-home market store opened in December of 2006. THI is now in twelve metro markets with 32 stores. And we have ambitious plans for more. THI entered lacrosse retail in 2012, now has four lacrosse stores, and is beginning to drive change in that sports retail framework as well. THI boast significant ecommerce penetration in both hockey and lacrosse businesses. But it isnt the growth that is most engaging or exciting; it is how THI is revolutionizing the retail experience for the customer and energizing the marketplace with initiatives to get players to start playing these great sports. By giving the consumer a fully active retail environment that provides access to advice, information, technical specifications, reviews, product demonstration videos, product comparisons, and more, THI delivers a robust, leading-edge omni-channel experience. Interacting across brick and mortar and various digital platforms, customers have a vital, 360 degree view of how hockey and lacrosse gear and apparel can enhance their sports and life experiences. Further, in conjunction with key governing organizations, e.g., THI is the exclusive retailer partner of USA Hockey and sponsor partner with several state bodies, THI is instrumental in bringing thousands of new players into the games each year.Follow @TotalHockey on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vine and Google+ For more information or any Customer Service needs please call 1.866.929.6699.
