• Hospice is traditionally an option for people whose life expectancy is six months or less and involves palliative care (pain and symptom relief), rather than ongoing curative measures, enabling you to live your last days to the fullest, with purpose, dignity, grace, and support. Hospice care focuses on all aspects of a patient's life and well-being: physical, social, emotional, and spiritual. The hospice team provides emotional and spiritual support according to the needs, wishes, and beliefs of a patient, as well as providing needed support for loved ones. Our goal is to not just be a provider of services but to be a provider of transformational care in a time of need. Hospice is 100% covered by Medicare Part A, and by most private insurances. Services can be provided in the home, nursing facility or assisted living.
