Byrne started with the Company in 1998 where he worked in sales and service until he took the business over in 2009. Our Vice president Shelly Nichols has been with the company since 2003 and is responsible for both sales and service. We have a full complement of technicians whom provide installation, repair and maintenance services. Our dedication to quality service is reflected in all of our employees who attend specialty seminars and continuous in-house training. Our Company meets its commitment to provide customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Service Resources include Engineer, Furnish and Install (EF&I) Turn Key Installations, Battery Disposal, IEEE Preventive Maintenance Programs, Extended Warranty Programs on AC & DC Power Plants, Training Seminars and 24-Hour Emergency Service. Industrial Battery & Services, Inc., through our Manufacturers, offers a complete line of batteries for telecommunications, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), switch gear, utility, emergency lighting and medical applications. In addition, we offer a complete line of battery racks, chargers, power equipment and parts. We can also assist our customers with their cable, wire and fiber optic needs. Our other product offerings include DC Power Plants, Power Boards, Battery Breaker/Disconnects and AC-UPS Systems.
