Description

• Our company was founded with the firm belief we will continue to grow and be successful if we create a positive win-win environment for our Owner-Operators, Customers and our Associates. We achieve this goal; for our Owner-Operators and Drivers by: Eliminating or reducing as many problems and issues we can before our Owner-Operators or Drivers receive their dispatch, comparing our compensation plan with other agent-based carriers, we will strive to pay our Owner-Operators & Drivers better than any other agent-based carrier, truly creating a partnership whereby, they are valued, respected and heard, for our Customers by: provide competitive transportation pricing that allows them to be competitive and profitable, providing an honest personal environment with integrity to conduct business, providing proactive communications throughout the entire process of each move, provide accurate and timely billing upon the completion of each move, providing critical documents (bill-of-lading and proof-of-delivery) immediately upon receipt from our Owner-Operators, keeping them informed of important industry changes as it impacts their business, being a valued partner, not just another vendor, and, for our dedicated Associates by: offering competitive compensation, based on experience and the value they bring to our team creating a balanced environment between work, personal and family life offering value-added benefits that impact not only the associate but their family as well creating a positive and professional work atmosphere where their individual opinions and ideas are truly valued providing opportunities for long-term growth and both professional and personal enrichment Should we ever fail in any of these endeavors we pray that those, to whom we are responsible, would immediately hold us accountable. For this, is our commitment to each of them.
