In 1994, the firm acquired the OPP films business of Hercules, Inc. Five years later, the firm purchased the assets of AEP Borden. Then in 2001, AET purchased the assets of QPF LLC, an OPP films business of Hood Companies. Today, AET is focused on the development, manufacture and marketing of a wide range of OPP films to a worldwide marketplace.
