    • Starting out in 2001 as Classic Catering, Dean & Debbie Young have pleased many clients over the years with their culinary and event planning talents; always going above and beyond to make everyone happy. In 2006, they opened their first special events venue, Gatherings, along with Jim & Cheryl Cox. In 2008, Monterey Beach Weddings was born to create a whole package for our Gatherings couples. In 2010, the team was able to acquire The Perry House in Monterey and has beautifully restored it as a special events facility, and last but not least, in 2011, we added a much requested drop-off division to our services, Classic Express. Our simple motto has always been and remains today: Great Food, Great Service, Every Time!
