She is also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Originally from Colorado, she is an avid athlete and marathon runner.Based on her own experience in the corporate world, Lauren has developed a methodology that leverages limited time in a work day for teaching healthy lifestyle practices. Lauren is an avid believer in teaching while doing. The 80/20 Wellness programs and workshops are designed to energize participants as they learn about techniques and resources to make their lives more active, healthy and productive.
