My Salon Suite Canada

Description

• The salon suite model has taken the US industry by stormtransforming it forever. We are the first to bring salon suites to Canada. My Salon Suite is a true semi-absentee franchise that, once built and leased out, takes about one day per week to manage. We attract franchisees that want additional income without the risk of having to leave their current jobs. You become a landlord to 2030 stable tenants and you dont have any employees. Each My Salon Suite location is an up-scale, luxurious beauty complex consisting of private, fully equipped, turnkey suites that are leased to health and beauty professionals such as hair stylists, massage therapists, nail professionals, and aestheticians. We choose health and beauty professionals as tenants because the industry is relatively recession proof. A My Salon Suite location attracts seasoned salon and beauty professionals who bring their current clientele with them and become stable, loyal tenants. They are eager to join us because of the financial gouging they takegiving away 50% of their billings to their employer. Our tenants instantly go into business for themselvesaway from the drama of their current workplacewithout having to invest the capital required to open a salon.
