Olson, Sr. established Olson Insurance and Financial Services in Tallahassee, FL. He was joined by his son, J. Scott Olson, in 1980. The Olson Financial team has also expanded to include a service associate, Pam Bullock in 2009 with 20 years experience to serve as an Administrative Assistant to Scott Olson and, most recently, Scott's daughter, Kelley Olson in 2013 as the Employee Benefits Manager.
