With the introduction of a state-of-the-art digital cutting center in our Thailand facility, we can now deliver a zero waste option. Through this process all cutting waste is recycled back into the production loop. Combined with our PRODUCT RECLAMATION program, the end result is 35 to 45% recycled content on most of our products and a full 100% recyclability on products like Verge® , Vantage®, and Sportoe®. These remarkable programs keep a whopping 15 tons of scrap out of waste collection and traditional return processes every month. Not only do these initiatives make things greener, they help us to cut costs at Stanbee we like to brag that by reducing waste were also reducing costs to our customers.
