    • Savco Hospitality, founded by Sava Lelcaj, is home to Ann Arbors favorite culinary destinations: Savas, babo Markets, Aventura, and Tavolina Catering. The foundation of Savco Hospitality began in 2007 with Sava Lelcaj's first 23-seat diner in Ann Arbor's State Street District. That humble cafe grew to a 350-seat mainstay that is one of this area's most popular restaurants. Sava's next great adventure was the babo market which debuted in 2011 as a unique hybrid of specialty food store and fast casual restaurant. 2013 brought the inspiring, Conde Nast-award winning tapas restaurant, Aventura, which showcases a perfect harmony of Spanish food, hospitality, culture, design, and architecture. Most recently, Tavolina Catering became a part of the family in 2015 as Ann Arbor's hottest new events company. Savco is proud of its commitment to ensure our guests receive impeccable service and memorable experiences. Our mission is to successfully operate our businesses in a way that our team members, our guests, and our communities wholeheartedly embrace.
