(TSS) was formed in January, 2008 to enhance, test, pilot, and launch a national marketing and loyalty solution for the small-to-mid-size business (SMB) retail market. TSS acquired the assets and intellectual property of its predecessor development company and completed major pilots in 2008-2010 in preparation for the national launch. The initial market for ShopMyNeighborhood is Jacksonville, FL (see news release) in late 2012.
