• We have been serving the Central Florida area since 1992 and specialize in ancient internal arts which include Bagua, Qigong, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, weapons and practical self defense. Our movements are time tested and proven to reduce stress, build discipline and strength, while increasing control and flexibility (both physically and mentally). Our movements will also stimulate the brain, engage the mind, develop internal organs, and enhance the entire cardiovascular system with breathing techniques. During class we play music composed by Master Shen Wu and teach a Musical Qigong class to further enhance organ function. Our lessons will teach you how to defend yourself, lose weight, develop patience and self confidence in a very fun and enjoyable way. We have seminars at the beach and in parks several times a year because we believe that being in nature plays a very important part in health. We also offer government patented nutritional products. We give knowledge to our students that can help them defend themselves from disease, avoid injuries and find their true potential. We help each student to set realistic personal goals that lead to earned results. Our classes are in a group setting and are modified for each individual to maximize their benefits.
