• In 2004, founder Jennifer Thibeaux established Primary Consulting LLC to be a consulting organization with a concentration in performance improvement, training, and diversity intelligence. Realizing there was a need for solid training, performance development and learning consulting services, Primary Consulting LLC focuses on small to mid-sized corporations who have limited training & performance development services on staff.Our goal is to provide Process Improvement consulting and services related to training and development in the areas of career development, sports development, and general life-skills. In 2008 the organization proudly launched The Training Center and The Training Center Store. Additionally the Assessment Center was launched along with Diversity Intelligence Services. As a primary focus, Intelligence in the form of Diversity Studies are becoming a staple product and service to clients. Blending the concepts of actionable value related to performance outcomes, clients of Primary Consulting LLC appreciate the in-depth level of analysis and trending information.In early 2009, a learning Partnership was formed to provide a Chief Learning Officer component to the EmpowerKing(TM) initiatives. Led by Jennifer Dr. J Thibeaux, Ph.D.(abd), SPHR, developmental curriculum, learning models, and mass coaching have been the early wins with this partnership.
