• Located in the Texas hill country of San Antonio and currently offering over 20 classes a week in yoga, Pilates and Booty Barre®, inBalance strives to bring the mind body connection to the northwest side of San Antonio. We have a space that brings the best of both worlds of the mind body disciplines (yoga and Pilates) into one charming place. Our space is an intimate, personal setting where you will find some of the best and most committed practitioners in town. Choose between yoga and Pilates classes in one convenient environment, as well as dance, barre classes and Zumba. A small, intimate setting we are, so dont expect to find a lot of room in our studio. But we like it that way! We provide a space for you to connect with your practice without the intimidation or pressure of large group classes. Walking through our doors you will find a beautiful, safe sanctuary nurtured by compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated teachers an inclusive environment to help you unravel, experiment and evolve your practice into something new. We offer you a community of fellow practitioners, an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with like-minded people, more personalized attention in classes, and holding a space for you to have a spiritual connection in your practice, so you leave the studio having done more than just physical exercise.
