• Sussex IM was established in January 2010, but our history goes back more than three decades. We trace our roots to Sussex Plastics Inc., formed in 1977 in Sussex, Wis. by a Hungarian immigrant. Later, as part of a major global manufacturer, we adopted the latest automation technology and lean manufacturing practices and created an industry-leading Innovation Center. That set the stage for management to purchase the company and reopen it as Sussex IM. We provide custom injection molding solutions to customers in a wide variety of industries, from consumer products to industrial, residential construction, home and garden, and medical.
