• HEVC Advance, LLC is an independent licensing administrator company formed to lead the development, administration and management of a new HEVC/H.265 Patent Pool for licensing HEVC/H.265 essential patents. HEVC Advance will provide a transparent and efficient licensing mechanism for HEVC/H.265 essential patented technology. The goals of HEVC Advance are to provide the marketplace and HEVC/H.265 patent users with a simple, effective and efficient way to license an important portfolio of patents essential to the HEVC/H.265 standard while providing HEVC/H.265 essential patent owners an efficient and value-based way for them to make their patents available to such marketplace.
