• The Information Millennium Group (IMG), and Crown Consulting (Crown), with more than thirty-years of combined experience at the Energy Information Administration (EIA), are partners in pursuing the EOP-3 Program. The partnership integrates management and technical capabilities of two of the principal contributors to EIA supply-based survey operations companies that have helped the EIA to strengthen energy data collection, processing, validation, and dissemination practices. The partnership, we believe, provides the technical talents, network of contacts, successful experience, and management capabilities to capture EOP-3. IMG, the proposed prime contractor, is a SBA certified 8(a) company that provides information technology solutions to customers in the energy, environmental, and financial industries. The companys services focus on building diversified databases and software applications and on ensuring the quality of information that these solutions process and generate. The company has thirty employees and a client base that includes the EIA and the District of Columbia Government. The EIA is IMGs most significant and longstanding customer. Over the past twenty years, IMG has supported all four EIA offices Oil and Gas (OOG); Coal, Nuclear, Electric and Alternate Fuels (CNEAF), Energy Markets and End-use; and Integrated Analysis and Forecasting.
