(Respira) is developing a breakthrough inhaled treatment for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and other indications called RT234/AOS-DPI, a combination of RT234, a proprietary iinhaled formulation of an off-patent drug and Respiras patented AOS-DPI high efficiency dry powder inhaler (DPI) Respiras RT234 /AOS-DPI product will fill an unmet need in PAH for a first line therapy that targets the lung directly, minimizing systemic drug concentrations, side effects, drug-drug interactions, and food effects. The use of Respiras breakthrough AOS-DPI device allows technology branding of our off-patent drug and protection of them from generic competition. Revenue will result from drug/inhaler product sales, likely via a pharmaceutical company, marketing partner - that will also be a potential acquirer of Respira.
