Immersion Freediving runs PFI Freediving Courses in the Fort Lauderdale. I am a USA Freediving record holder and was selected to be the Captain of the 2012 USA Freediving Team. My courses have a max of 5 students so no 20 person freediving classes. I run all courses on my own private boat so we have more time in the water diiving and don't have to deal with hectic dive boat schedules. The average student after taking the beginner course can hold their breath in the pool for 2 to 3 minutes, and does a 60ft freedie. The average student after taking the 4 day intermediate course can hold thier breath for 4 - 5 minutes and do a 100ft freedive.
