• Cave 1912 is a restaurant, wine bar and wine shop. Our food and wine contain influences from all over the world, but our approach is local first. Our modern American menu is sourced from local farms and the waters of North Carolina, while including the best ingredients from Italy, Spain, France, South America and all over the world. Our approach is abstract, allowing us to be whatever we want to be. We are careful not to label ourselves, but the menu is meaningful to us so that you can celebrate life with food, wine, craft beer and craft cocktails. While we have backgrounds in the finest restaurants in North America, we want to be your favorite welcoming neighborhood place to eat, drink and shop for wine. Life throws punches so were here to transport you with delicious food and an impeccable wine list. The space is a sleek modern environment with rich stereophonic sound. New friendships, community building and sharing ideas is what we are all about. The twist on this restaurant is that we are a wine shop too. While the kitchen will be open evenings for dinner, the shop will be open in the mornings and all day long.
