Den-Wil also manages, and is the majority owner of, the new 126 unit Innovation Village, near Innovation Campus, and is the principal partner in the construction of the new 64 unit Innovation Enterprise Complex.Offering 426 quality one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, the Den-Wil properties are home to students, faculty and staff of South Dakota State University, as well as professional and working people and families within the Brookings area.
