- SamplingLab is a new, highly disruptive, consumer research concept where consumers try new products for free in exchange for their feedback. SamplingLab's research programs are executed in its own retail storefront located in Portland, Ore., where to-date, more than 9,100 consumers have signed up to participate, and completed more than nearly 12,000 surveys. SamplingLab provides brands with a much higher level of honest, actionable consumer feedback on products still in development, as well as those already on the shelf. SamplingLab can also create programs for brands wanting consumer feedback on products that may be too costly to give away.
