• I designed my company to increase awareness and functionality within Homeowner Associations. While working with self-managed HOAs and Boards and educating Realtors and homeowners together are strengthening voices of members within communities. It's estimated there are over 12,000 HOAs in Colorado and it is very common for people to be ignorant of what their community is doing financially or what their rights are as owners. Working with me makes understanding your HOA easier. I do not offer legal advice or act as an attorney, I offer guidance and real world applications to those who want to be informed or learn how to function properly, efficiently and effectively.
