- Our Mission and VisionOur mission is to serve the educational and creative needs of children in the Tri-county area by providing a unique means to offer free merchandise, donated from businesses and individuals, for teachers to use in their classrooms.Our vision is for every child in the Tri-county area to have the school supplies they need to succeed in school.To accomplish our vision:-We are committed to providing and continuously improving and expanding our services in the tri-county area to schools that qualify for our support.-We value and developed an outstanding team of volunteers who possess skills and expertise to persistently improve the Closet and the teacher shopping experience.-We develop and maintain strong partnerships with community businesses who also care about education and its importance.-We proactively support the economic development in our community by providing basic school supplies to students as an incentive to stay in school and get a good education .The Teachers Supply Closet is a 501C(3) charitable organization.All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
