- The Cottages on Mountain Creek is a residentially based community providing housing and enhanced therapies for those living with mental illness. Programming is based on an holistic approach to care and recovery.The Cottages on Mountain Creek LLC (applied for Non-profit Status_ is an Atlanta-based residential housing facility in place to service adults aged 18 and older with serious mental illness, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. Our Mission is to promote stabilization and recovery from the effects of mental illness through therapies geared toward thinking, behavior, relationships and the ability to maintain gainful employment. Our programs are geared toward reintegration into the community while working toward the goal of allowing residents to live independently. In partnership with a clinical team, as well as families and the community, we seek to provide a comprehensive treatment program.
