• Professional coaches are certified through Wellcoaches, the gold standard in health and wellness coaching who meet pre-requisites of being exercise, nutrition, or health professionals credentialed by a nationally recognized organization. Coaches only work within their scope of practice, however, and will refer if necessary. I am a Licensed Certified Wellcoaches® Wellness and Fitness Coach, and a Certified Food Psychology Coach. I hold a Certificate in Clinical Nutrition through the California College of Natural Medicine and I am continuing my Post Graduate curriculum in Psychology. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness and a member of The American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, I am a Licensed Facilitator of Dr. Michelle Mays Am I Hungry?® Intuitive Eating and Weight Management Program. I have owned and managed a successful small business for over 15 years, worked with the airline industry, and positioned as Director of Marketing and Team Building for an International Event Planning Company. Over the years I have had extensive training in leadership, relationship building, communication, and interpersonal and personal development. I bring with me, and open myself to you, a background rich in life experience; joy, celebration and fulfillment as well as the bumps in the road one encounters in our lives, that in their own way, been perfectly designed for my learning and growth.
