- MISSION STATEMENTTo create cost effective, age and skill appropriate opportunities for the growth of girls and boys volleyball in the greater Las Vegas community while creating a professional, educated coaching body.LEADERSHIPThe club's primary leadership on and off the court is provided by Christian Augustin and Robert Rios. Both coaches have demonstrated success on the court winning championships at local, state and national levels. Each has spent time building successful ventures off the court in education, government and business. With combined experience of over 30 years in the sport, each brings a unique, complimentary perspective to the sport and business of the sport.
