Focus Our initial focus is on Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), a key element in managing population health. OSA represents a $40 billion market for our bundle of products and services; there are over 30 million undiagnosed OSA patients. The need for intervention with a better solution is well clinically documented; studies indicate that treatment reduces hospital admissions by up to 64% and total healthcare costs by 37-57%. Stage We have a nationally scalable solution for OSA and are rolling out in Florida. In over a year of commercial activity, we have screened over 12,000 patients. Over 25% of were positive for OSA, and over 90% of those tested were diagnosed with OSA. All patients were tested in their homes, reducing the average cost from over $3,000 to under $500.
