All increases are passed through to our merchants at real cost, no added profit is included in these increases. Netcom supplied hardware has full factory warranties and are replaced at no charge as long as the original equipment is returned to Netcom within warranty period. Out of warranty and retailer owned equipment has a $95 replacement charge.
