Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we are currently engaged with communities throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. We specialize in working with a city/county to form a public-private partnership (PPP) to leverage existing assets such as towers, street lights, and existing fiber. We customize each PPP in one of the following ways: 1. Open Broadband investment, public facilitation 2. Open Broadband execution, public funding 3.
