FieldPros was founded in 2004 by John Meyer, a former teacher and sales rep for an education technology company. Now, nearly half our employees are former K-12 educators or university adjunct professors. FieldPros has three separate teams including Retained Executive Search for K-12 and Higher Education clients, a Contingency Recruiting team for our K-12 clients and a Contingency Recruiting team for our Higher Education Clients.
