• Rescue Task Force (RTF) is a Veteran-owned small business providing multi-faceted reality based training and consulting that blends high threat operations doctrine with limited resource trauma management. Our companys foundation is built upon the ability of our executives, team members, and instructional staff to create programs that protrude into an asymmetrical theory of training, providing our clients with more effective results. Why we stand apart: All of our instructional staff have operational experience with the military and/or working as federal agents or contract personnel for such agencies. All instructors have multiple deployments overseas conducting military, counterterrorism, and/or high threat protection operations in non-permissive environments. With deployments as one of the minimum requirements to serve at the Senior Instructor level, we ensure that the quality and ability of our instructors is maintained to our high standard. They each bring a knowledge base to the program that enables them to instruct as subject matter experts with relevant operational experience. This experience has enabled them to become stress inoculated, forging their direct understanding of how the mind reacts under extreme stress. Each of our instructors is hand-picked per program to teach because of their experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Most programs teach the ABCs of whatever the subject is. With adult learning, students that may be required to act under stress and must be trained under stressful situations. Many programs will leave the student actually target fixated on finding a, instead of addressing the task necessary for survival. Our programs force students to create neuropathways while also addressing their capabilities so that they may act on B and C when A is no longer present.
