• Since inception, the Company has continuously sought a balance between profit and social impact. The Company has been impact investing before the term was even coined. Our work focuses on creating services or solutions where other businesses fail to see opportunity, working with people facing social and economic restrictions, in need of sustainable and supportive income generating initiatives for the community as a whole. Such approaches have already been implemented by the company in the US, Philippines and Africa. An example is the creation of Chambers Financial Group, set up specifically to handle the economic crisis, 3 years before it happened. At the onset of the crisis, the Company was one of 3 nationwide that had any idea of what to do and the only one with capacity in place to handle the issues at hand. Within the first 6 months of inception, the Company had a revenue in excess of $500,000/month and by the end of 2014 had managed over $2.5 billion in assets. The Company continued to remain at the forefront for several years, even assisting with legislation and the creation of Federal home-ownership and retention programs. At the same time, the Company expanded into the Philippines and began a new BPO business. While not the first foreign company to enter into this market, it was the first to hire, nearly exclusively, disadvantaged women. These Company trends continued to the expansion into the African market. From the creation of a women owned construction company to setting roots in the former conflict zone of the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
