- We started out on our bageling journey in 2012 as Sweet Note, when our Founder and CEOs family members were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Initially, it was about recreating an authentic New York Style bagel to be gluten-free and allergen-friendly (and absolutely delicious). As time went by, we learned about what was going on in the food industry, and we couldn't believe what we discovered. Loopholes, companies cutting corners, and a lack of product integrity.We want to build a brand around being honest and transparent about our products, and how that can positively influence other companies in the food industry. That is why we chose a brand name that empowers others and inspires change, for The Greater Knead.We sell the following bagels in stores: Plain, Everything, Cinnamon Raisin, and our rotating seasonal flavor, which is Pumpkin Spice currently.ProductsOnline, we sell those flavors plus the following: Onion, Garlic, Poppy, Salt, Unicorn, Blueberry, Tomato Basil and French Toast! We have also launched our snack line of bagel chips, which are gluten-free and top 8 allergen free: A first of their kind!
