• SOFIA fiances the R&D for a cloud-based SaaS: an individual trainer/solution tool to boost high-level conceptual skills, in particular, those critical in the STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics), finance and business fields. SOFIA trains users in skills corporation want most, but cannot find: creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, by exploring Deep Challenges with no formulaic or algorithmic solutions. Through guided explorations, SOFIA helps the user gain critical conceptual skills to formulate clear objectives, strategies, tactics and techniques to solve problems and projects, by providing clear guidance at each step of the way, via an AI-based avatar.
