• The company's beginnings date back to 1987 when Steve Haley, president of ACS, began a company whose focus was parking control. Under his leadership, ACS grew to become the largest parking controls systems provider in Tennessee. Shortly thereafter, ACS started a residential and commercial security division, making ACS a full-service security company.
