• The mission of Womens Health is to provide accessible, confidential, and comprehensive gynecological and reproductive healthcare and education. As the only Title X (federal family planning program) agency in Boulder County, we primarily serve low income, uninsured, or underinsured people. We aim to include those who experience unique barriers to healthcare access including mono-lingual Spanish speakers, teens, GLBTQI, racial/ethnic/cultural communities and people with disabilities. We specialize in womens health care, including family planning services, annual preventive health screening exams including clinical breast examination, pap test, pelvic exam, sexually transmitted infection (STI) diagnosis and treatment, hormonal transition therapy for transgender people, and diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic abnormalities as well as extensive 1:1 patient education. We have a strong Community Health Education program. Free comprehensive, medically accurate, and developmentally appropriate classroom presentations and community workshops provide tools to support family dialogue about sexual health. We are the preferred provider of comprehensive sexual health education in the Boulder Valley and St.Vrain Valley School Districts. All of our educational and outreach services are provided to the community at no cost. Womens Health provides services on a sliding fee scale which is based on income. We accept Medicaid and Medicare, as well as most major private insurance.
