Following founder Joe Sondermans retirement in 2003, longtime associates Rodger Motiska and Tim Gilland took ownership of the firm; incorporating as DJS Design. The firm quickly established itself as a leader in the growing field of environmental graphic design.In 2009 Rodger took over leadership of the firm; capitalizing on over 35 years of leadership in the field of environmental graphic design, establishing an experiential design consultancy that focuses on design that transforms the built environment into compelling visitor experiences.
