The X3Cycler is the answer for processing large volumes of full plastic or aluminum liquid containers. It dumps, perforates, dewaters, crushes, and bales in one compact and integrated systeThe High Density Extruders are used to dewater materials that are saturated by liquids, to extract liquids from many types of industrial refuse byproducts, or to remove liquids from many commonly used packaged products and beveragesBright Technologies EPS Densifiers are heavy duty Professional Grade machine, these EPS Densifiers can operate unattended and are only limited by the amount of EPS available in the bag hopper and the amount of length for the discharge log of material until it must be stacked. The large feed opening on both the D30 and the D120 Densifier help keep the foam moving and minimize bridging in the bag hopper. The Auto Shear option scores the log of EPS block at predetermined lengths allowing less labor and more uniform pallets of material.The Oil & Filter Recycler can process used oil filters up to 13 barrels per hour and accepts large filters of up to 2 quart capacity down to import car sizes.The Xtractor is much more than a simple can crusher. The Xtractor is a specialized piece of equipment based on our Patented High Density Extruder that is specifically designed for removing liquids from aluminum cans, plastic bottles and other liquid containers
