- Founded in 1997 and based in Sherman Oaks, CA, Vision Films is an independent Worldwide Distributor of Feature Films, Documentary Specials, Series, Music and Reality Programming. We license all available rights from Theatrical, DVD/Blu-Ray, Television and VOD/Digital Media rights to both the International and Domestic marketplaces. We currently handle a library of over 500 Feature Films, 500 Documentaries and 100 different Music Programs from some of the most prolific independent film producers in the world. We develop a special marketing plan and work closely with Producers on a strategy to license their film(s) around the world.Most recently, Vision Films has announced their expansion into the domestic DVD and Video On Demand (VOD) sector of media sales. Their domestic partners include iNDemand (Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, Bright House), Vubiquity (Verizon, Charter), Dish, Direct TV, iTUNES, PS, XBox, Amazon, Vudu, Google Play, Hulu and more! Their DVD label is distributed to all the retail outlets through Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.Vision's staff consists of Adam Wright, who joined Vision Films as Executive Vice President/ International Sales and Acquisitions in 2010. Florie Portie is currently Vision's Distribution Coordinator, Monique Green is Director of Finance, Golda Criddle is Director of Marketing, and Nathan Ross is Vision's Director of Servicing and Digital Operations.Lise Romanoff, Managing Director/ CEO of Vision Films, Inc. has been in the Feature Film and Television Distribution business for approximately 25 years. She holds the post of Vice Chairperson/Secretary to IFTAs Executive Committee and Board of Directors (Independent Film and Television Alliance) and is an active member of their Legal and VOD Committees.
