• Flix Brewhouse is Americas Cinema Brewery and the worlds only first run movie theater, eatery and microbrewery with locations in Round Rock TX, Des Moines IA, Carmel IN and Albuquerque NM. New locations are scheduled to open in late 2017 and the first half of 2018 in Little Elm TX (suburban DFW), Chandler AZ (suburban Phoenix), and Madison WI. Our concept was designed from the inside out, literally redefining moviegoing by delivering a premium viewing and dining experience with one-of-a-kind craft beer offerings, many of which have won national and regional awards.The Flix concept combines the latest Hollywood productions, exceptional craft beer and delicious food all served in theater. Each of these services is also offered on an a la carte basis, allowing the Flix experience to be customized. Ticket pricing is in line with other first run cinemas and food and beverage selections are competitively priced. Although designed with value in mind, Flix Brewhouse feels upscale and guests are treated to an experience unlike any other. Our auditoriums are well-appointed and common areas are tastefully finished. Flix theaters feature state-of-the-art digital projection and sound, super comfortable stadium seating, parabolic screens, extendable Easy-Glider table tops and wait staff call buttons. Some Flix Brewhouses feature luxury electric recliners.Each Flix Brewhouse location is a separate legal entity owned by Flix Entertainment LLC, a Texas-based holding company (the Company). All team members at each separately-owned location are legally employed by Cinema Breweries Inc., a Delaware corporation.The Company has approximately two dozen investor/owners and was founded by Texas-based entrepreneur, hotelier, real estate developer and investor Allan Reagan, who serves as CEO. The late, great Walt Powell, who passed away at age 33 in June 2013, co-created the original Flix Brewhouse with Mr. Reagan starting in 2010, and was instrumental in breathing the concept to life and creating the early soul of the brand and culture of the organization. Flix Entertainment LLC plans to open 15+ dine-in movie theaters in select markets in the United States by 2021. Primary areas of interest include the U.S. Southwest, Southeast, and Midwest. We focus on middle class to upper-middle class markets in urban and denser suburban locations (generally 150,000 population in a five mile ring or 10-minute drive time) that demonstrate sustained population growth. Our core customer has an average household income of $65,000 or more, 33-38 year old median age, and an above average propensity to consume craft beer and out-of-home entertainment.
