    • The Insurance Station, Inc. was founded by Michael and Connie Vincent. Originally known as Vincent Insurance, it was incorporated and adopted its new name in 1995. In 2010, Jared and Julie Vincent took over the business. Its rapid growth as an Independent Agency has been based on the following foundation:We do not work for one insurance company - we work for you. We work on your side when you have a loss and follow through to see that you get a fair, prompt settlement of your claim. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of excellence in all that we do, and we establish a firm relationship of mutual trust and service with each of our clients.We believe in small town values, in knowing our neighbors, and being involved in the community. As a prospering business, we are able to offer all the services of a larger corporation, yet we are small enough to offer the individualized attention our clients have come to expect and deserve. This one-on-one customer service has been the basis of our success.As customer's expectations have changed through the years, the agency has also evolved into more than just insurance. We believe we are one of the few agencies that provide Value-Added Services at no cost to our customers. We have been a front-runner in the paperless industry, allowing us to handle daily activities more effectively and efficiently. We provide training for businesses that use or want to use our paperless tools. We also provide consulting for loss control issues and safety manuals.We are dedicated to continuous improvement in our agency and among the companies we represent. This philosophy allows us to take care of what is most important -- you and your business.
