- Mission:Heel Your Sole, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization designed to empower low-income and at-risk youth through education, mentoring, and skill building workshops. Company Overview:Heel Your Sole, Inc., is a 501 © (3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to create independence and self-sufficiency for disadvantaged youth through tailored curriculum based instruction, mentoring, and life skills training. Heel Your Sole is guided by the principles of collaboration, community engagement, and responsibility.Our organization design model uses grass roots volunteering and mentoring to grow successfully. We encourage each volunteer that comes into the school needs to refer at least one additional person to Heel Your Sole. We want to create a ripple effect in each community we service. Start with an initial splash of local volunteers and schools, frequent message reinforcement and loyal support from brand ambassadors, and from there, each positive association or interaction continues to expand throughout the community.Become part of the SOLEution.
