- The LCP Group (LCP) is a private real estate investment firm that has been investing in and managing major real estate properties across the nation since 1974. LCPs management team has over 75 years of combined experience in real estate, representing over $25 billion of investment. In 1993, LCP assets were spun off to form Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, a NYSE listed REIT, which later merged with Newkirk Realty Trust and was renamed Lexington Realty Trust Lexington. Today, Lexingtons portfolio is over $5 billion which is invested across 200 properties and 40 states. LCP is now an active investor in the hospitality industry and has raised over $175 million in equity for the acquisition of over 20 hotels in its history. Currently, LCP holds a 25% interest in Crescent Hotels & Resorts, one of the top five independent hotel managers. LCP sponsors job creating immigration investment projects through the EB-5 Program by its wholly-owned subsidiary Live in America Financial Services LLC, which owns and operates 23 USCIS designated regional centers, covering all or parts of 38 US states, territories and the District of Columbia.
