Biochar Now Llc

Description

• The company manufactures and sells biochar to private sector, governmental and industrial markets. We need a skilled and experienced Senior VP of Sales to build a team to manage and close the markets large demand for biochar. Biochar Now is the current manufacturing leader of high-quality biochar. Biochar was originally developed about 3000 years ago by the Amazon River Indians to enhance crop yields. During the 1500s, the art was lost until modern academics rediscovered it and have since written over 2500 peer-review white papers explaining its manufacture, properties and applications. Interestingly, a Cornell University growth test in the Amazon Basin showed a remarkable 880% crop yield improvement. (See The Promise of Biochar video produced by Cornell at www.BiocharNow.com ). Biochar Now spent the last four years successfully developing its manufacturing and emissions compliance technologies that are now patent-pending. The company is currently scaling to meet the demands of large and diverse markets. Market examples are agriculture; mercury removal from power plant stacks; river spill remediation; water sequestration for droughts; nutrient pollution removal from rivers and lakes; lawn and landscape; strength filler for recycled plastics and more.
