• NeuroPraxis is a home and community rehabilitation for brain injury serving Southern California. We recognize that after a brain injury, life is not often the same and recovery can be a challenge to everyone involved. Brain Injury has associated long-term effects that have potential risks including re-hospitalization. We provide education, mentoring, resources and support to empower, actualize, and build a sense of efficacy and prevention. We address the immediate challenges and the associated consequences and long-term effects of a brain injury on the patient; and the challenges of the family and their support system in dealing with the life changes. Our focus is to optimize successful transitions through an integrative rehabilitation process, towards a healthy and productive life, while utilizing innovative technology to benefit the participant. NeuroPraxis is an innovative rehabilitation program dedicated to transitioning individuals back into their environment and restoring quality of life after a brain injury. NeuroPraxis uses the knowledge of its experienced practitioners and their clinical evidence base, in addition to literature evidence-based practice, to develop a new service delivery model that promotes retention, transferring of skills, for long term independence, while restoring quality of life.
