• Here at DGPR we pride ourselves with servicing our clients from every aspect while maintaining very competitive pricing. We understand that no two clients are alike therefore we prefer to tailor make our price points based on the clients specific needs. To begin, we schedule an initial consultation via conference call or if the client prefers a face to face consultation, we can also accommodate. In the Initial Consultation we will outline the clients needs, goals, and time lines in order to effectively provide the specific services desired. An assessment is made of the information gathered and a tailor made package is delivered within (7) seven business days to the client for review. The client then has (5) five business days to review and respond with changes. After all revisions, the Final document is submitted for review and a Final approval. Once approved, the clients Consultation Fee is then applied to the balance of the specific job or the monthly retainer. All balances [specific job or monthly retainer] must be paid in full before any work is completed. Payment can be made through several methods [PayPal, Moneygram, Western Union, Wire Transfer, etc.].An account representative is then assigned to each client to provide a point of contact during business hours [7:00 am 7:00 pm]. The clients account representative will also provide voicemail and E-mail options for any additional needs after hours.
